Building BLOKCs at RAITE 2023 with the Solana Foundation

The BLOKC, in partnership with the Solana Foundation, brought its Building BLOKCs program to Angeles University Foundation (AUF) on October 20, 2023, as part of the Regional Assembly on Information Technology Education (RAITE).

This year's RAITE centered on the theme "AI Nexus: Confluence of Technology and Human Integrity," gathering IT educators and students from across Region 3 to explore the intersection of emerging technologies and ethical responsibility.

Eli Becislao, Managing Director of The BLOKC, took the stage to discuss the growing significance of both artificial intelligence and blockchain technology — and how these innovations are shaping the future of digital ecosystems. His talk underscored the importance of equipping young Filipinos with the knowledge and skills to navigate and contribute to a Web3-driven world.

The event was made possible through the support of PSITE Region 3, led by Dr. Jonilo Mababa and the organization's officers, who continue to champion technology education across Central Luzon.

For The BLOKC, participating in RAITE 2023 was more than just a speaking engagement — it was a reaffirmation of the company's mission to make Web3 education accessible to students and communities throughout the Philippines.
