The BLOKC successfully launched its Solana Developers Bootcamp at the University of Cebu Main Campus, marking another milestone in bringing Web3 education to Filipino students and aspiring blockchain developers.
The kick-off event was held in collaboration with the university's College of Engineering, with the Dean and Program Chair extending their support to make the bootcamp possible. Participants gathered to begin their journey into Solana development — one of the fastest and most widely adopted blockchain ecosystems in the Web3 space.
The bootcamp is designed to equip students and developers with practical, hands-on knowledge in building on the Solana network. From understanding the fundamentals of blockchain technology to writing and deploying programs on Solana, participants are set to gain skills that are increasingly in demand across the global tech industry.
The BLOKC expressed its appreciation to the University of Cebu for welcoming this initiative, as well as to all the participants who showed up eager to learn and grow.
